Join our dynamic team as a Retail Manager!

In this role, you will lead and inspire our retail operation activities within Bicester Village, driving sales and ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.

This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a passion for luxury retail, and is customer-focused with the ability to influence change.

About the Role
  • Ensure that Bicester Village achieves its set sales targets, retail strategy and provides an excellent customer experience.
  • Develop retail strategies to drive business growth and commercial success.
  • Work with a portfolio of luxury brands to ensure delivery of sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brand partners to ensure we can maximize sales and business opportunities.
  • Support the wider team with business development and reaching our overall clienteling goals.
  • Product and commercial planning with brand partners to deliver strategic goals with brands.
  • Be a key partner for Bicester Village's Personal Shopping team to deliver our clienteling goals - brand partnership, events, product planning.
  • Be a key partner for internal stakeholders in driving luxury brand performance in line with internal expectations.
  • Liaising with the leasing team for re-merchandising activity including but not limited to new openings.
Role Requirements
  • Proven experience within luxury retail management.
  • Experience in driving clienteling and luxury guest experience.
  • Ability to work well with all business levels and customers.
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused with a deep understanding of quality service.
  • Energetic, hands-on, and a tenacious self-starter.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and influencing change.
