Qualifications

About The Role

Sytner Sunningdale is currently recruiting for a Retail Manager to join their growing team.

As a Sytner Retail Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department. You will be at the core of all sales enquiries and will develop the sales team. Ensuring that every customer understands their obligations, you will do so with integrity and by treating customers fairly.

Retail Managers at Sytner work flexible schedules, which may include weekends, to provide the highest levels of service to customers.

About You

Applicants should have experience as a Business Manager, Retail Manager, Transaction Manager, or Sales Controller within the automotive industry.

If you are a high-achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager with solid financial and commercial understanding, we would love to hear from you.

Ideally, you will have an outstanding work ethic, be able to lead from the front, inspire colleagues, and drive performance in finance and add-ons.

Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
