Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients, focusing on refurbishments that require quick turnarounds for new store openings.

This role is technical and requires experience in heavy-duty retail projects on a large scale. The company is a Spanish firm delivering retail design projects across the UK and Ireland for European brands. Knowledge of conversational Spanish is a plus.

Applicants must have occupational health and safety training aligned with CSCS standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required to read and amend plans, with BIM knowledge being advantageous.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with technical departments, and ensure projects are completed on time with client satisfaction as the priority.

This role is fully remote, allowing you to be based anywhere in the UK. Travel and accommodation costs will be covered when working on-site for large, ongoing projects.
