Job summary

Aldi is offering a 12-month Retail Management Placement across multiple stores, giving hands-on experience within Store Operations and customer service. You will work closely with Store Managers to support operations and drive performance.

You will develop leadership skills, manage stock and tills, and gain exposure to strategy while receiving mentoring from day one. The programme may lead to a permanent leadership role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Working towards a 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

• Manage stock quality, inventory accuracy, and surplus redistribution.
• Oversee till operations, cash handling, employee training, and compliance with regulations.
