TK Maxx UK is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to help deliver a safe and positive shopping environment. You’ll deter loss on the sales floor, be an ambassador for LP, and work with store teams to protect products and assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is ideal but not essential.
• Ability to deter loss on the sales floor and act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
• Self-motivated, resilient and driven to make a difference with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible, friendly presence at entrance doors to deter loss and support a positive customer experience.
• Work with store teams to maintain security of products and resolve conflicts effectively when required.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure while protecting people and assets.
