Job summary

TK Maxx in Northampton is seeking Loss Prevention Officers. You will be a visible, friendly presence at our store entrances, helping to deter loss while delivering a positive customer experience and serving as an ambassador for Loss Prevention.

You will collaborate with the store team to keep products secure and resolve conflicts calmly. Training is provided on start, and you will join a supportive, fast-paced retail environment with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role in a fast-paced retail environment or security guard role is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible, friendly presence at store entrances to deter loss and act as an ambassador for Loss Prevention.
• Work with store teams to maintain security of products and resolve conflicts effectively and calmly.
• Stay calm and professional under pressure and communicate effectively.
