TK Maxx UK is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to help keep customers, colleagues and assets safe in our Hempstead Valley location. You’ll be a visible presence at entrance doors, deter loss on the salesfloor, and act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.

You will work with the store team to safeguard products and deliver effective conflict resolution when required, while remaining calm and professional under pressure.
