Job summary

N2O is seeking a proactive Retail Liaison Manager to support our field operations in Maidenhead and surrounding sites. The role focuses on store outreach, scheduling visits, and providing a reliable point of contact for retail partners and Business Development Executives.

This fixed-term, full-time position runs until December 2026 and offers hybrid working, competitive salary (£28-£35k) plus benefits, including life assurance, pension options, and wellbeing programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail liaison, sales support, or similar role with outbound calls and scheduling.
• Strong communication skills to build professional relationships.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Familiarity with CRM or booking management systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to independent retailers to secure sign-ups for the 121 programme
• Manage communications and booking of stores requiring face-to-face visits from a Field Operations Manager
• Make reminder calls before scheduled visits
• Utilise the internal BMS system to book, manage, and review store visit schedules
• Monitor and optimise the booking schedule for efficiency
• Communicate with FOMs and escalate issues to TM Director/ NFM/Account Team
• Serve as helpline for store queries and concerns regarding the 121 programme
• Support BDEs with store-related issues and escalate unresolved matters
