You will coach colleagues, uphold JD standards, analyse performance data, and ensure flawless store presentation, stock accuracy, and safety. A hands-on leader who thrives under pressure will thrive with our brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop colleagues.
• Comfort analysing KPIs and sales data for decisions and shift planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of driving sales and KPI achievement in retail.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership with day-to-day operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead and guide shop floor colleagues, allocate tasks, and uphold JD standards.
• Coach and develop team with real-time feedback and clear expectations.
• Maintain high presentation, pricing accuracy, displays, and store safety.
• Handle cash, till checks, deliveries, stock audits, and opening/closing routines.
