Job summary

AFH STORES UK LIMITED is looking for a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience. You will act as a Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure effective store operations.

This role requires at least 16 hours per week, with duties including opening and closing routines, operating POS systems, and fulfilling OMNI Channel orders. Strong interpersonal skills and a high school diploma are preferred for this role.

The position offers a competitive starting rate of £13.80 per hour and benefits like sales incentives and merchandise discounts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• No supervisory/management experience required.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.

Responsibilities
