Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Finance Manager within Retail Cost Centre of Excellence for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on delivering high-quality financial insight to shape planning and performance across Retail, leading and developing a talented team.

You will drive cost transformation, streamline processes, and build robust controls while collaborating with Finance Business Partners and stakeholders to drive better decision-making.

Qualifications

• Recognised accountancy qualification or equivalent relevant Finance experience.
• Financial forecasting and planning with ability to produce meaningful insights.
• Experience in leading, motivating and developing teams.
• Excellent communication for diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, creating an inclusive environment.
• Deliver high-quality financial insight and MI for month-end and planning cycles.
• Turn financial information into actionable insights for Finance Partners.
• Build stakeholder relationships across Finance and provide constructive challenge.
• Lead continuous improvement and Finance transformation, standardising processes.
