Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for the Retail Cost Centre of Excellence on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role leads a team, delivering high-quality financial insight, planning and performance information to support decision-making within Retail.

You’ll collaborate with Finance partners and across Finance to drive cost transformation, build a skilled team, and foster an inclusive environment while working in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Recognised accountancy qualification or equivalent Finance experience.
• Proficient in financial planning and forecasting to support business decisions.
• Experience in leading, motivating and developing teams and individuals.
• Excellent communication for presenting complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Deliver high-quality financial insight and MI for month-end and planning cycles.
• Turn financial information into actionable insight for Finance Business Partners.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across Finance.
• Lead continuous improvement and Finance transformation to standardise processes.
