Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for the Retail Cost Centre of Excellence to lead a high‑performing finance team and deliver quality financial insight that shapes planning, performance and decision‑making across Retail.

You will develop a talented team, build strong stakeholder relationships, and help drive cost transformation while embedding new ways of working across finance and reporting.

Qualifications

• A recognised accountancy qualification or equivalent relevant Finance experience.
• Financial Forecasting: Proficient skill in financial planning and forecasting to support decisions.
• Experience in leading, motivating and developing teams and performance.
• Excellent communication: presenting complex information clearly for diverse audiences.
• Strong problem solving and collaborative abilities across Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team in an inclusive environment.
• Deliver high‑quality financial insight and MI, supporting month end and planning cycles with strong controls.
• Turn financial information into actionable insights for Finance Business Partners.
• Build stakeholder relationships and provide constructive challenge to achieve outcomes.
• Lead continuous improvement and Finance transformation, standardising processes across people, data and reporting.
