Job summary

Thrive Personnel Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to provide hands-on financial support across a designated division in a growing retail construction, commercial fit-out and installation sector.

You will deliver accurate financial reporting, develop forecasts and drive commercial insights to support decisions, partnering with senior leadership and operational teams to improve financial performance.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Minimum 2 years in Finance Business Partner or similar.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.
• Proven ability to deliver management accounts on deadlines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts and rolling forecasts.
• Deliver variance and trend analysis to support decisions.
• Lead divisional budgets and forecasts with risks and drivers.
• Prepare and manage open-book contract budgets for client review.
• Provide financial guidance to divisional leadership and commercial teams.
• Analyse project profitability and present findings to stakeholders.
• Support working capital management with Accounts Receivable.
