Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with FP&A experience in insurance or financial services.
• Strong ability to translate numbers into business insight for senior leadership.
• Experience presenting executive-level reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly performance analysis for UK Retail P&L areas.
• Develop forward-looking financial insight for senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into a concise narrative to support decision-making.
• Contribute to UK Leadership Team materials and QBRs.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning efforts.
