Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking Elite security officers to deliver exceptional customer service with a highly visible presence to deter anti-social behaviour. You must hold a current SIA licence and be able to discuss at interview several site locations around South London.

Role focuses on safety, customer service, and collaboration with local teams and police partnerships to ensure a secure shopping environment.

• A full 5-year checkable employment/education history is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry-leading customer service.

• Support policing partnerships to reduce crime in-store.

Job Overview

Mitie is looking for an Elite security officers who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst providing a highly visible presence that reduces the impact of anti-social behaviour upon colleagues and customers.

You must hold a current SIA licence.

It is vital that you have a full 5-year checkable employment/education history, failure to do so could mean your offer will be withdrawn or your employment stopped.

Main Duties

• To deliver industry leading customer service
• To create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customer and colleagues
• To manage anti-social behaviour and build relationships with those that cause this
• Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence
• Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner by demonstrating excellent customer service
• Support the Police and crime partnerships where required to aid with the reduction of crime in store
• To wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety
