Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking Elite security officers in the UK to deliver outstanding customer service while providing a highly visible presence that reduces anti-social behaviour for colleagues and customers.

You must hold a current SIA licence. The role includes a strong emphasis on public engagement and safety, with opportunities to contribute to crime reduction efforts and to work across varied shifts.

• A full 5-year checkable employment/education history is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry leading customer service.
• Create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.
• Manage anti-social behaviour and build relationships with those that cause this.
• Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence.
• Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner by demonstrating excellent customer service.
• Support the Police and crime partnerships where required to aid with the reduction of crime in store.
• Wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety.
