Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Devon (travelling to Cardiff and Swindon) is seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager for Retail Installation & Refurbishment. This full‑time, permanent role manages up to four concurrent projects on a 12‑week fast‑track programme.

You will provide commercial oversight, lead client and subcontractor interfaces, and travel to sites as required, with a comprehensive benefits package and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager in the retail sector.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver projects successfully.
• Electrical trade background with solid understanding of installation and project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client-management skills.
