Job summary

RGB Recruitment is helping a Devon‑based, employee‑owned contractor fill an Electrical Contracts Manager role. The successful candidate will manage retail projects, typically up to GBP15k each, and oversee up to four sites at once on a tight 12‑week schedule.

You will lead project delivery, site safety, client relations and financial performance while travelling seasonally to Cardiff and Swindon as needed.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget.
• Electrical trade background with solid installation and project delivery understanding.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager seeking a long‑term career move with a progressive and growing contractor. The client is also open to progressing with an electrical supervisor who wants the opportunity to work towards a contracts manager role!

Based in the Devon office, in peak season you will spend 2 days visiting sites in the Cardiff and Swindon areas, with a stay over if required; off‑peak season 1 day a week travelling.
