Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site retail, e-commerce or commercial operations, ideally within a complex or purpose-led organisation.
• Strong track record of delivering income growth, commercial performance and profitability targets.
• Experience leading change or business transformation, turning strategic ambitions into practical delivery.
• Confident people leadership with experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead across Crisis’ retail shops, warehouse and e-commerce to drive income and grow online reach.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams, promoting inclusive, people-first leadership.
