Iceland Foods Ltd in Abertillery is seeking a committed Duty Manager to join our growing team. You will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement when you manage shifts, helping drive availability and sales while delivering excellent customer service.

The role combines leadership with hands-on store duties, requiring effective communication, shift planning and team development. Previous retail supervisory experience is desired, and you’ll benefit from store-wide discounts

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory role preferred.
• Excellent communication with colleagues to deliver tasks first time, every time.
• Ability to plan and organise shifts with the whole team.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve performance of team members.
