Job summary

Heron Foods Ltd. is seeking a Duty Manager in Carlisle, Cumbria. This part-time role (18 hours per week) offers a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced store environment.

You’ll lead a team, drive customer service excellence, and ensure stock levels and presentation meet brand standards. You will be accountable for store performance, profitability, and smooth day-to-day operations, including opening and closing responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve targets.

• Act as keyholder and oversee opening/closing in the absence of the Store Manager.
