Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd. is seeking a Duty Manager for the Moray Elgin Food Warehouse. You will work as a Retail Assistant, earning a £2 per hour supplement when managing shifts and supporting store operations.

Key duties include driving sales, ensuring product availability, and leading a small team. A customer-focused approach and ability to implement company processes are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role
• Excellent communication with colleagues to deliver tasks first time
• Plans and organises shifts using available team
• Provides balanced feedback to improve performance
• Leads by example to deliver a great store experience

Responsibilities

• Maximise profit with great store availability and sales focus
• Promote store initiatives such as £1 & save a £1 to drive sales
• Complete actions set by line manager from daily floor walk
• Lead and develop store team, foster inclusive culture
• Follow cash handling and security policies and implement digital service improvements
