Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd. in Aberdeen is seeking a Duty Manager to join our Retail team. You will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement for the time that you manage shifts, with part-time hours and a focus on delivering great customer service.

Key responsibilities include maximizing profit through strong stock availability, engaging the team, following cash handling policies, and supporting a friendly, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role is ideal but not essential.
• Communicates effectively with every colleague to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provides balanced feedback to improve performance of colleagues.
• Sets the pace of the team on shift to deliver a great store.
