Co-op in West Kirby is hiring a Customer Team Member to join a friendly team delivering essential services in-store. The role includes varied shifts, early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and at least one weekend shift, with full training provided.

You will help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and support online order processing where applicable. The position offers a supportive team, local community involvement, and opportunities to grow within Co-op.

Formación

• Passion for helping people and delivering great service
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential)

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service to customers on the shop floor and tills
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly
• Assist with stock, pricing, dates and stock accuracy to support store performance
• Maintain store safety, legality, and proper shelf presentation
• Promote Co-op Membership and support local community initiatives
• Contribute to daily operations for a great shopping experience
