Co-op Group is seeking Customer Team Members in Woking to provide friendly, helpful service in a fast-moving store. You may work in the post office, bakery, or assist with online orders, contributing to a welcoming shopping experience and supporting local communities.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on customer service and helping customers
• Ability to adapt to a variety of shifts across opening, middle and closing
• Comfort working in a busy store environment with customers
• Interest in retail and community-facing work is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and at tills
• Collaborate with your team to keep the store running smoothly
• Assist with stock, pricing, dates and stock accuracy on shelves
• Promote Co-op Membership and help connect customers with community offers
• Help ensure store safety and compliance with policies
• Be flexible to work opening, middle and closing shifts including weekends
