Certas Energy is hiring a Retail Customer Service Assistant for our Millbrook location in Preston. You will be the face of the store, delivering friendly service and handling transactions while supporting stock replenishment and store presentation.

Full training is provided, and you’ll join a team focused on safety, compliance and delivering a positive customer experience in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• A passion for customer service and helping people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Retail experience is desirable but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional and helpful customer service.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
• Replenish stock and maintain high store presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company procedures.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of both forecourt and store.
