Job summary

Certas Energy is seeking a Retail Customer Service Assistant to join our Brecon team at a site-based location. This role covers 8 hours per week at a rate of £13.45 per hour. You will be the face of our store and petrol filling station, delivering friendly service and supporting daily operations.

The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team. Full training provided; age 18+ required due to licensing and lone working policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to licensing regulations and lone working requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional and helpful customer service.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
• Replenish stock and maintain high store presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company procedures.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of both the forecourt and store.
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming and efficient environment for customers and colleagues.
