Job summary

Certas Energy is seeking a Retail Customer Service Assistant in Castlebay to deliver friendly, professional service at the till and across the forecourt and store.

You will be responsible for processing transactions, replenishing stock, maintaining store standards and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed, while supporting day-to-day store operations and creating a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• A passion for customer service and helping people.
• Positive, reliable and hardworking attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to licensing regulations and lone working requirements.
