Certas Energy is hiring a part-time Retail Customer Service Assistant at our Aikenhead Rd location. You will deliver friendly service, process till transactions, replenish stock and maintain store standards while ensuring health and safety compliance. This role offers training and potential career progression within a large energy group.

Qualifications

• A passion for customer service and helping people.

• Retail experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to licensing regulations and lone working requirements.

• Replenishing stock and maintaining high store presentation standards.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and company procedures.
• Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operation of both the forecourt and store.
