Job summary

One Stop is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Creswell. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering excellent customer service, stocking shelves, handling payments, and helping maintain the store’s appearance.

As the customer remains at the heart of our operations, you will contribute to service improvements, follow safety practices, and support various store activities, including responses to customer inquiries and store-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Stock shelves and manage stock replenishment.
• Process payments at tills and operate point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness throughout shift.
• Assist with online orders and stock routines as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
