Job summary

Certas Energy in Castlebay is seeking a Retail Customer Service Assistant to be the friendly face of our store, delivering excellent service and supporting daily forecourt and shop operations.

You will process transactions accurately, maintain stock and store presentation, and ensure health and safety procedures are followed. No prior retail experience is essential as full training is provided, with 18+ licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
