Certas Energy is inviting applications for a Retail Customer Service Assistant at our Cambuslang store. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service at the petrol filling station and convenience store, processing transactions accurately and supporting daily store operations.

The position offers part-time hours (12 hours per week) with a focus on flexible, customer-centered service and opportunities for progression within a growing national business. 18+ to apply, training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Age 18 or over due to licensing and lone working requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional and helpful customer service.
• Process till transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Replenish stock and maintain store presentation standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company procedures.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of both forecourt and store.
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming and efficient environment for customers and colleagues.
