Job summary

White Stuff Ltd in Witney is looking for a Customer Host on a 4-hour contract with weekend availability. You will be the face of our brand on the shop floor, delivering a warm, helpful shopping experience and supporting the Shop Manager in daily operations.

You’ll engage customers, manage basic in-store tasks, sign customers up to newsletters, and assist with stock replenishment and events. A quarterly bonus and generous holiday entitlement accompany this flexible retail role.

Responsibilities

• Meet the A.C.E pillars in every customer journey.
• Improve shop KPIs and customer experience.
• Promote multichannel shopping via mPOS and create endless aisle orders.
• Sign customers up to email newsletters and send e-receipts in line with data protection.
• Explain promotions and discounts to inform sales.
• Assist in events such as Customer Event and preview evenings.
• Maintain high visual standards in-store.
• Support floor moves, mannequins, window displays, and replenishment.
• Process deliveries and ensure stock is replenished on the shop floor.
• Engage with charity partner messaging and ethical sourcing wherever relevant.
