Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant for a part-time, store-based role with shifts between 5am and 11pm. You will help customers, restock deliveries, bake fresh goods for the bakery, and merchandise Non-Food aisles while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

The role offers a pro rata holiday entitlement, a staff discount, and pension provisions. Successful applicants will join a supportive Lidl team and have opportunities for progression into specialist roles such as Freshness,

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible to start early or finish late and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping customers with questions, queries and requests.
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store.
• Passionately provide excellent customer service.
• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods.
• Merchandise and maintain the middle aisles of Non-Food products.
