Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Customer Assistant to help customers, stock shelves, and operate tills. You will move around the store, ensure clean and organized spaces, and deliver great service to every customer.

This role includes early starts and shift flexibility, with pay rates reflecting bonuses for bank holidays and nights where applicable. Competitive hourly pay (£14.80–£15.30) with pro rata holiday entitlement and a pension scheme, plus potential career progression to Freshness, Non-Food or

Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products.
