Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Customer Assistant for a 35 hour contract across shifts from early morning to late evening. You will assist customers, restock deliveries, and ensure shelves are clean and well-organised, contributing to a smooth in-store experience.

You'll receive a competitive hourly rate (£13.45–£14.45), 30–35 days’ holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount, a pension, and opportunities to progress to Freshness, Non-Food or Bakery Specialist roles.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping customers with questions and requests.

• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods.
• Merchandise and maintain our Non-Food middle aisles.
