Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team in the store. You will handle customer queries, assist with deliveries, and ensure excellent service at all times. The role accommodates varying shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will keep the bakery stocked, merchandise items, and support store operations with a positive, can-do attitude. A friendly manner helps inspire the team and deliver a great customer experience in every interaction.

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests

• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products
