Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary in the UK, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same. You will help with stocking, assist customers, process payments and maintain the store’s appearance.

With a customer-first approach, you’ll seek ways to improve service, work across tills, online, replenishment and stock routines, and follow safety and training guidelines to keep the store safe and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Comfort with handling cash and processing payments.
• Experience stocking shelves and maintaining store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organise products to ensure availability.
• Process payments at the till and assist customers with purchases.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Work across areas of the store including tills, replenishment and stock routines to meet customer needs.
• Follow safety and training procedures to keep the store safe.
