Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant to help customers, stock deliveries and operate tills in a fast-paced, friendly store. You’ll keep shelves tidy, assist colleagues and ensure every customer receives the service they deserve throughout varied shifts.

We offer an hourly rate of £13.45–£14.45 for full-time contracts, 30–35 days’ holiday pro rata, a 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme and opportunities to develop into Freshness, Non-Food or Bakery specialist roles.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests.
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store.
• Passionately provide excellent customer service.
• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods.
• Merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products.
