Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant in Cross Hands, Wales. You will stock shelves, operate tills, and keep the store clean, tidy and organised, while providing excellent service to customers.

Shifts can include early starts (5am) or late finishes (10:30pm), with pro rata holiday entitlement and a 10% in-store discount. We offer a competitive hourly pay rate (£13.45–£14.45), bank holiday uplift (£2.00 extra per hour) and a pension scheme, plus opportunities to progress to Freshness, Non-Food

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping customers with their questions and requests.

• Keep the bakery stocked and fresh.
• Merchandise and maintain the non-food middle aisles.
