Job summary

Lidl GB in Warminster is hiring a Customer Assistant to cover flexible shifts across the store. You’ll help customers, stock shelves, and operate tills while keeping the store clean and welcoming.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate £13.45–£14.45, a 35-hour contract, flexible shifts, generous holiday entitlement pro rata (30–35 days), a 10% in-store discount, and a company pension. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert to help customers with questions, queries and requests.
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods.
• Merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products.
