Job summary

Lidl in Swansea is looking for a Customer Assistant to join our team. You'll assist customers, restock shelves, operate tills and keep the store clean, tidy and well organised while delivering great service.

With 30-35 hour contracts and shifts that may start early or finish late, you’ll receive benefits including a pension, 10% in-store discount on Lidl products, and generous holiday entitlement pro rata. There are clear progression paths within the business.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests.
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store.
• Passionately provide excellent customer service.
• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods.
• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products.
