The Boots Company PLC is recruiting a Customer Advisor to join our retail team on-site. You will assist customers on the tills, offer product guidance, and help maintain a welcoming store environment. Training is provided to help you grow and succeed daily.

Starting hourly rate ranges from £13.02 to £15.10, with a pay rise after six months in the role. We value teamwork, great service, and a positive attitude as you help customers find the best Boots products.

Responsibilities

• Help customers and put them at ease; listening to find out more, answering questions and giving great advice on products.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes to provide more information to customers.
• Help stores run smoothly by ensuring products are displayed, providing great service on tills, and assisting with stock.
• Work with the team to provide a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
• Participate in award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
