Job Description:

Our Retail Customer Advisors play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our stores - driving sales, promoting customer loyalty, and ensuring high department standards.

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with various transactions across the store
  • Driving sales through customer interactions and promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership
  • Addressing customer queries with great product knowledge
  • Collaborating with your team to maintain store cleanliness and standards
  • Working on the shopfloor and in other areas as required, including stock management, cash handling, deliveries, stock routines, and restaurant services—an opportunity to gain diverse skills and experience
