Job summary

Elemis is seeking a Retail Therapist for H Beauty at Lakeside. You will deliver luxurious treatments, provide expert consultations and personalised skincare recommendations to build lasting client relationships while driving sales and achieving commercial targets.

With Level 3 Beauty Therapy training and a focus on premium skincare, you will analyse client needs, tailor treatment plans, and promote product recommendations to support clients' skincare goals and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification required.
• Experience in luxury retail, spa, beauty or treatment-led environments.
• Confident delivering treatments, consultations and skincare recommendations.
• Strong sales mindset with KPI/targets experience.

You'll combine your treatment expertise, passion for skincare and commercial drive to deliver exceptional client experiences and outstanding results.

From advanced skin analysis and tailored treatments to expert product recommendations, you'll help clients achieve their skincare goals while growing your client base and encouraging repeat visits.

Alongside exceptional treatments, you'll take ownership of your KPIs, driving retail sales, treatment bookings, average transaction value, client retention and repeat business. Every interaction is an opportunity to build loyalty, maximise sales and elevate the ELEMIS experience.

• Deliver luxurious, results-driven treatments and personalised consultations.
• Use HD skin scans and skincare expertise to create tailored treatment plans and at-home routines.

Drive sales and commercial performance

• Own individual KPIs and sales targets, striving to achieve and exceed objectives.
• Maximise sales opportunities through confident consultations, product recommendations and appropriate treatment upgrades.
• Increase average transaction value and treatment revenue through personalised recommendations and add-on services.
• Proactively rebook clients, grow your treatment diary and drive repeat business.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion and retention.
• Support events and promotions that attract clients and grow revenue.

Build lasting client relationships

• Create genuine connections that make every client feel valued and understood.
• Encourage repeat bookings, product repurchases and long-term skincare journeys.
• Maintain accurate client records and personalise future recommendations.
• Deliver service that inspires loyalty, recommendations and brand advocacy.

You'll ideally bring:

• A Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (required).
• Experience in luxury retail, spa, beauty or treatment-led environments.
• Confidence delivering treatments, consultations and skincare recommendations.
• A strong sales mindset and experience working towards KPIs or targets.
• The ability to convert consultations into product sales, treatment bookings and repeat business.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude and a passion for luxury skincare.
