Job summary

Elemis seeks a part-time Retail Therapist at John Lewis, Solihull. You will deliver premium, results-driven treatments, conduct personalised skincare consultations using HD skin scans, and guide clients with tailored at-home routines. This fixed-term role supports retail growth and client loyalty in a luxury skincare environment.

You will build lasting relationships, drive repeat bookings, and contribute to exceptional in-store service while championing Elemis products and sustainability."

Qualifications

• Beauty Therapy qualification to level 2 or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in luxury retail, spa, beauty or treatment-led environments is expected.
• Confidence in consultations and personalised recommendations with consultative selling.
• Ability to build client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Results-driven mindset with passion for skincare and willingness to learn.
