Arcus FM Limited is seeking an In-Store Cleaning Manager for Sainsbury's Canterbury. You will supervise a cleaning team delivering high-quality service on-site and perform some cleaning duties yourself.

The role requires coordinating recruitment, training, rotas and timesheets, with flexibility to meet business needs. Health & Safety is the top priority and full site support will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experienced team manager in a fast-paced retail environment with cleaning experience.
• Experience in stock management and time recording.
• Experience dealing with employee relations, investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.
• Flexibility with working times to meet business needs.
• Health & Safety focus on-site is priority.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and training the Cleaning team, planning rotas and timesheets so staff are paid correctly.
• Ensure timesheets and payroll accuracy; adapt schedules to business needs.
• Monitor and manage Health & Safety on site and provide necessary equipment and support.
