Job summary

Qualifications

• Experienced team manager in fast-paced retail environment with cleaning experience.
• In previous roles responsible for stock management and time recording.
• Experience dealing with employee relations matters such as investigations and disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train the cleaning team, plan rotas and work patterns.
• Complete timesheets so staff are paid correctly.
• Monitor Health & Safety as the No.1 priority on site.
• Provide equipment and support to the team.
