Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is recruiting an In-Store Cleaning Manager for Sainsbury’s Dumfries. You’ll supervise a cleaning team delivering high-quality service in a busy retail setting, working 33 hours over 5 days at £13.71 per hour.

You will recruit, train, and rota the team, ensure accurate timesheets, and uphold Health & Safety on site. Some cleaning tasks may be required to support the team and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced retail cleaning environment.
• Experience with stock management and time recording.
• Ability to handle employee relations matters such as investigations and grievances.
• Flexibility with early shifts and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the Cleaning team delivering high-quality service to Sainsbury's Dumfries.
• Plan rotas and timesheets to ensure correct payroll.
• Monitor Health & Safety and ensure on-site compliance.
• Carry out cleaning tasks as required and maintain standards.
